Golden Bean coffee roastery
Golden Bean is a roaster of various flavors. We bring coffee treasures from around the coffee world and we want to convey them to you. In our roasting plant, we fry coffee from farmers as well as coffee blends blended to the taste of our customers. Every year we buy exceptional coffees from fresh harvests, some of which are evaluated by tasters because we know that farmers got paid more for them. Coffee blends are blended from 6 to 9 coffees to achieve the same flavor in each season of the year. We have exclusivity for several mixes and we chose those that are popular all over the world because our customers have chosen them.
Coffee Awards
In 2018, we won the prestigious Two Star Award at the Great Taste Award in London with Ethiopia’s “Fruity” coffee, and at the same time our most popular coffee blends Emilia and Romeo won 1 star.
In 2019, we became the most award-winning coffee roaster with 9 award-winning espresso coffees and the first to be awarded in the filtered coffee category.
The Great Taste Awards receive only the best foods in the world. Food is evaluated by gastronomic experts who must agree on the award and give each product a very useful review.
In 2020, we multiplied the awards. For the first time, we participated in the Italian food competition International Taste Awards and received ratings from Italian experts. We won 1 gold, 5 silver and 7 bronze medals. In the Great Taste Awards competition, two coffee stars were awarded to Ethiopia, Guatemala, Rwanda, and one star was awarded to Aurélia, coffee in capsules for Nespresso® coffee machines. In 2021 was the gold medal won by Mária, Emília and India coffee in the International Coffee Tasting competition in Italy and 2 stars award for Jamaica coffee in Great Taste Awards in London.
