FitCoffee is a 100% Brazilian arabica decaffeinated by a Swiss water process, thanks to which this coffee can be certified as organic. It has a balanced taste typical of Brazilian coffee and its taste is indistinguishable from caffeine coffee. The caffeine content is minimal, caffeine removal is reduced by 90-99%.
Origin: FitCoffee is a blend 100% arabica from Brazil.
Roasting: level 4, espresso roasting curve (1 – light, 2 light / medium, 3 – medium, 4 – medium, 5 – medium / dark, 6 – dark)
Grinding: medium / medium hard beans
Our experience: We roasted the FitCoffee according to the recommendations of the Italian roaster directly at the manufacturer of decaffeinated coffee and the result was incredible, it is indistinguishable from caffeine and at the same time it is healthy unlike other decaffeinated coffees which decaffeinate chemically. We chose the name FitCoffee as much as it is possible to drink it more than caffeine coffees and thus receive more of the positive effects that quality coffee offers.
Good advice: The best way to enjoy every coffee is to grind it properly. FitCoffee coffee requires medium fine grinding, on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 finest, 10 coarsest) about grade 3-4, it depends on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only if the coffee flows slowly use a coarser grind. It is best to enjoy freshly roasted coffee beans – preferably 2 weeks to two months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, when storing raw coffee in a vacuum from the farm to the roaster and proper packaging after roasting, even roasted coffee can maintain freshness for several months).
