Description

Gold Bean Coffee – Caesar is a majestic and compact blend, 75% arabica and 25% robusta. Its magnificence is crowned by a bit of pleasant acidity. The taste of this exceptional coffee is reminiscent of dark chocolate enhanced by the essences of candied fruit. In addition to delicious espresso and mocha, it also creates an extremely smooth cappuccino.

Origin: Caesar coffee is a mixture of 6 to 7 coffees with origin, 75% arabica and 25% robusta. Origin of main ingredient: Brazil. Each Gold Bean Coffee mixture is the final harmony of the tastes of the coffee of which it is composed and is mixed according to the tastes of people. The Zlaté Zrnko mixtures are mixed by Italian experts in laboratories directly in the port. They are mixed from different sources so that every month, every year they have the same final taste.

Roasting: level 5, espresso roasting curve (1 – light, 2 light / medium, 3 – medium, 4 – medium, 5 – medium / dark, 6 – dark)

Use: espresso, mocha

Grinding: medium / medium hard beans

Our experience: Gold Bean Coffee – Caesar has expressive tastes of candied fruit, nuts, with the aftertaste of dark chocolate. A very suitable mixture for cafes that want to offer a wonderful cream thanks to a 25% share of robusta, full body and at the same time very tasty and expressive coffee.

Good advice: The best way to enjoy every coffee is to grind it properly. Cézar coffee requires medium coarse grinding, on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 finest, 10 coarsest) about grade 3-4, depending on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only if the coffee flows slowly use a coarser grind. It is best to enjoy freshly roasted coffee beans – preferably 2 weeks to two months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, when storing raw coffee in a vacuum from the farm to the roaster and proper packaging after roasting, even roasted coffee can maintain freshness for several months).
