Origin: Emilia coffee is a blend of 6 to 7 coffees with origin, 100% arabica. Origin of main ingredient: Brazil. Each Gold Bean Coffee blend is the final harmony of the tastes of the coffee of which it is composed and is mixed according to the tastes of people. The Gold Bean Coffee blends are mixed by Italian experts in laboratories directly in the port. They are mixed from different sources so that every month, every year they have the same final taste.
History: Coffee with this taste profile was first blended in 1935 in the port city of Trieste, where it has since been constantly adapted to taste the widest range of people. People from all over the world come to the laboratories every day to record how they tasted, and experts can improve it based on these taste preferences. A similar taste profile is usually offered by Italian large prairies, you can usually find it in a gold package, we are honored to be able to roast it with us and bring it to our customers.

Our experience: Gold Bean Coffee – Emilia is our most balanced coffee that does not offend anyone and is suitable for delicious espresso and dairy drinks. It has no fruity (sour) tastes or excessive bitterness. Good balanced coffee.
Good advice: The best way to enjoy every coffee is to grind it properly. Emilia coffee requires medium fine grinding, on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 finest, 10 coarsest) about grade 3-4, it depends on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only if the coffee flows slowly use a coarser grind. It is best to enjoy freshly roasted coffee beans – preferably 2 weeks to two months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, when storing raw coffee in a vacuum from the farm to the roaster and proper packaging after roasting, even roasted coffee can maintain freshness for several months).
