Origin: Oliver coffee is a blend of 6 to 7 single origin coffees, 90% arabica and 10% robusta. Origin of main ingredient: Brazil. Each Gold Bean Coffee blend is the final harmony of the tastes of the coffee of which it is composed and is mixed according to people’s tastes. The Gold Bean Coffee blends are mixed by Italian experts in laboratories directly in the port. They are mixed from different sources so that every month, every year they have the same final taste.

Roasting: level 4, espresso roasting curve (1 – light, 2 light / medium, 3 – medium, 4 – medium, 5 – medium / dark, 6 – dark)

Use: espresso

Grinding: medium / medium hard beans

Our experience: Gold Bean Coffee – Oliver coffee won us over with its multi-layered bitter taste. The harmony of the bitter taste of various nuts and dark chocolates stands out very well even in classic cappuccino and surprises with the distinctive taste of espresso.

Good advice: The best way to enjoy every coffee is to grind it properly. Oliver coffee requires medium coarse grinding, on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 finest, 10 coarsest) about grade 3-4, depending on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only if the coffee flows slowly use a coarser grind. It is best to enjoy freshly roasted coffee beans – preferably 2 weeks to two months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, when storing raw coffee in a vacuum from the farm to the roaster and proper packaging after roasting, even roasted coffee can maintain freshness for several months).
