Description
Reaper coffee is one of the strongest coffees in the world, and one of the strongest guaranteed to be the tastiest coffee. We improved the coffee mixture with a very high proportion of robusta with a pinch of quality Brazilian Arabica, which gave to Reaper Coffee an exclusive pleasant taste. Our original recipe was appreciated by coffee connoisseurs, which convinced us to include this product in our portfolio.
Awards: Winner of bronze medal at the International Taste Awards 2020 in the espresso category.
Origin: Reaper Coffee is a blend of 6 to 7 coffees with origin, a lot of robusta and a pinch of arabica. Origin of main ingredient: Vietnam. Each Gold Bean Coffee blend is the final harmony of the tastes of the coffee of which it is composed and is mixed according to the tastes of people. The Gold Bean Coffee blend are mixed by Italian experts in laboratories directly in the port. They are mixed from different sources so that every month, every year they have the same final taste.
Roasting: level 5, espresso roasting curve (1 – light, 2 light / medium, 3 – medium, 4 – medium, 5 – medium / dark, 6 – dark)
Usage: espresso
Grinding: medium / medium hard beans
Our experience: Reaper Coffee aroused us so positive on the first try and tasted that we could not call it another, so that we could offer it to all lovers of strong coffees with a reasonable warning and a pinch of provocation.
Good advice: The best way to enjoy every coffee is to grind it properly. Reaper Coffee requires medium coarse grinding, on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 finest, 10 coarsest) about grade 3-4, depending on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only if the coffee flows slowly use a coarser grind. It is best to enjoy freshly roasted coffee beans – preferably 2 weeks to two months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, when storing raw coffee in a vacuum from the farm to the roaster and proper packaging after roasting, even roasted coffee can maintain freshness for several months).
